Contact data: name, email, company, message (when you book calls, request demos or subscribe).
Client communications & files: if you become a client, we process only what’s needed to deliver the service (covered further in our DPA).
Why we use your data (lawful bases).
To run and secure the site, measure performance (legitimate interests).
To respond to enquiries and deliver requested services (contract / pre-contract steps).
To send optional updates you opt in to (consent).
To comply with legal or tax obligations (legal obligation).
Sharing & transfers. We use trusted processors for hosting, analytics, CRM, booking and communications. Some may be outside the UK/EEA; where so, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. A current list of processors is available on request at contact@nownext.ai.
Retention.
Enquiry records: up to 24 months.
Client records: for the contract term plus up to 7 years for compliance.
Marketing consents: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise rights, email contact@nownext.ai. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Security. We use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege roles, and regular reviews of processors and permissions.
Children. This site is not intended for children under 16.
