Is the fixed fee really all-in?
Yes. One fixed fee for the full sprint — no scoping charge, no day-rate overruns. And it's fully credited if you go ahead with a subscription or build within 60 days.
How much of our team's time does it take?
A focused immersion session up front (half a day or so across your leads), a little access to how things run, then a final readout. We do the heavy lifting.
What if you find AI won't pay back for us?
Then we say so, plainly — and you've spent a fixed, modest fee to avoid a far more expensive mistake. We'd rather tell you the truth than sell you a project.
Do we have to build it with you?
No. The plan is vendor-neutral and yours. If you want us to build it, the sprint fee comes off the price. If you don't, you still own the map.
