Who we are
NowNext.ai (“we”, “us”) provides AI strategy and implementation services, including the BoardRoom AI subscription. For this website and BoardRoom AI we act as data controller.

What we collect
- Usage data — pages viewed, device, approximate location, referral source (via cookies and analytics). See our Cookie Policy.
- Contact data — name, email, company, message — when you book calls, request a sample Scenario Report, or subscribe to updates.
- Client communications & files — if you become a BoardRoom AI client, we process only what’s needed to deliver the service (management accounts, risk register, board materials you choose to share). Covered further in our DPA.
Why we use your data (lawful bases)
- To run and secure the site and measure performance — legitimate interests.
- To respond to enquiries and deliver the services you request — contract / pre-contract steps.
- To send optional updates you opt in to — consent.
- To comply with legal, regulatory or tax obligations — legal obligation.
Sharing & transfers
We use trusted processors for hosting, analytics, CRM, booking and communications. Some may be outside the UK/EEA; where so, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. A current list of processors is available on request at contact@nownext.ai.
We do not train external models on your data. We do not name our clients publicly without permission.
Retention
- Enquiry records — up to 24 months.
- Client records — for the contract term plus up to 7 years for compliance.
- Marketing consents — until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. To exercise rights, email contact@nownext.ai. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege roles, and regular reviews of processors and permissions. Client documents are stored in segregated workspaces and accessed on a need-to-know basis by the strategist assigned to your engagement.
Children
This site is not intended for children under 16.
